The chart below shows how many times to press each
button on the handset to enter letters and special
characters. Use the scroll keys to backspace to
make corrections.

display reads Enter Number.
7 Enter up to 24 digits for the telephone number.
You can add a pause to the number by
pressing Redial.

display reads Distinct Ring
9 Press cid y
select Y, a distinctive ring tone sounds each time
the programmed number calls, and a
displayed with the Speed Dial entry. You must
have Caller ID to use this feature.
10 Press sel/transfer to save the entry.
