- Page 2 Patent Office of the Republic of Poland No. 53535/95. 2. DAFI heater characteristics The DAFI heater is intended for heating the tap water. It is mounted at water draw-off points of wash basins, kitchen sinks, showers, etc. It may be fixed to one or several hot water draw-off points.
- Page 3 3. Construction of the water heater The DAFI heater consists of the heating block placed on the water unit. The water unit is made of the base which is provided with short stub pipes for supply of cold water and discharge of hot water. Inside the heater, there is the heating block provided with water channels with the heating element (heating strand) and elements used for supplying electricity.
- Page 4 6. Sequence for connection of the device to the water supply system and the wiring system. In the first place, the DAFI water heater must be connected to the water system. Only after deaeration of the water supply system and the heater, the device may be connected to the wiring system.
