    Standard accessories Check that all the accessories are included before using the camera. Part numbers are as of January 2010. Battery Pack AC Cable DMW-BCH7E K2CJ29A00002 Charge the battery before use. Hand Strap Battery Pack is indicated as VFC4297 battery pack or battery in the text.

    Taking pictures with automatic settings Optimum settings are made automatically from information such as ‘face,’ ‘movement,’ ‘brightness,’ and ‘distance’ just by pointing the camera at the subject, meaning that clear pictures can be taken without the need to make settings manually.
