    EPIA-N700 User’s Manual The VIA EPIA-N700 mainboard is packaged with a standard VIA C7 1.5 GHz NanoBGA2 processor. The processor requires a heatsink with fan to provide sufficient cooling. When a supervisor password is used, the BIOS Setup program can be accessed and the BIOS settings can be changed. When a user password is used, the BIOS Setup program can be accessed but the BIOS settings cannot be changed.
