Software Installation
1.
Insert the supplied CD-ROM into your CD-ROM
drive.
The GX10i CD-ROM screen is displayed.
If the GX10i CD-ROM screen is not displayed,
double-click [Launcher.exe] in your CD-ROM.
2.
Press the desired button.
The installation starts.
3.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete
installation.

Data Transmission
Infrared communication
• When using the infrared modem function for
executing data transmission, align the infrared port
with each other.
Note
• The maximum distance for communicating between
the infrared ports is 20 cm within a 30º angle.
• When transmitting data via infrared communication,
you need to set the infrared setting to "On". (p. 99)
• It is not recommended that you make or answer a call
during data transmission. The operation may be
interrupted.
