When the PHANTOM 4™ battery is fully charged, the light will remain lit without blinking (see 36V charger for example). If this does not occur after approximately 16 hours of charging, unplug the charger and call Electra Customer Service/Technical Support. Normal recharge time for the main battery is 4-6 hours (assuming it is not 100% discharged).
It is a good idea to keep the PHANTOM 4™ tool kit with you when you ride. You should also carry 2 spare inner tubes that fit the wheel and tire size (available from Electra at www.electraUSA.com) as well as a manual air pump (with gauge) to re-inflate the tire if you have a flat or it becomes low during use.

Local bicycle retail stores, which have service facilities in your area, can also assist you with certain non-electrical repairs or adjustments that you are not qualified to make or for which you do not have the specific or specialized tools needed for repair.

This warranty is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser. Electra's sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the product, at Electra's option. Electra must be notified in writing of any claim under this warranty within 15 days of any claimed lack of conformity of the product.
