Check the image files
1. Make sure the camera is connected to your computer and is in Mass Storage mode. Press MENU,
UP, ENTER buttons on the camera if necessary.
2. Open Windows Explorer
3. Search through Removable Disk>Dcim>100cnxnt and double-click on the 100cnxnt folder
4. The image files are shown in the right pane
Check the video driver
1. Press MENU, DOWN and ENTER buttons on the camera to select Silent Video mode
2. Search through Start>Settings>Control Panel>System>Device Manager>Imaging Devices>DSC350
