Questions and answers
how to remove oven door
To remove the oven door on a GE JCS968:
1. Fully open the oven door.
2. Pull the hinge locks down toward the door frame to the unlocked position. A small flat-blade screwdriver may help.
3. Close the door to the removal position (about halfway closed).
4. Lift the door up and out, keeping it at the same angle.
Do not lift the door by the handle. The door is heavy, so handle it carefully.
