Placing and connecting the electrodes in dynamic stimulation

for programmes P10 and P11

The placing of the electrodes is different: Depending on the direc-
tion of the stimulation That you want to achieve, the channels are
placed one after the other from top to bottom for a vertical stimu-
lation movement.
