Follow these instructions for moving the HERO between floors when an elevator is not available: 1.Remove the occupant from the HERO. 2.Remove batteries from HERO. Refer to installing / removing batteries. 3.Bend your knees and keep your back straight. 4.Using non-removable parts of the HERO, lift the HERO off of the ground and transfer the HERO up or down the stairs.
