Menu functions
Phone lock
(Menu 9.7.3)
The Phone lock feature locks the phone from
unauthorised use.
When this feature is enabled, you must enter a 4- to
8-digit phone password each time the phone is
switched on.
The password is preset to 00000000. To change the
password, use the Change password menu.
Change password
Use this menu to change your phone password.
Privacy
(Menu 9.7.5)
Use this menu to lock access to call logs, Phonebook,
or your media contents, including messages, media
files, and document files.
1. Press [
] to select the items to lock.
2. Press <Save> to lock the marked items.
3. Enter the phone password and press <OK>.
To access a locked item, you need to enter the phone
password.

SIM lock
(Menu 9.7.6)
The SIM lock feature allows your phone to work only
with the current SIM by assigning a SIM lock code. You
must enter the SIM lock code to use a different SIM
card.
FDN mode
(Menu 9.7.7)
If supported by your SIM card, Fixed Dialling Number
(FDN) mode restricts your outgoing calls to a limited
set of phone numbers. When this feature is enabled,
you can make calls only to phone numbers stored on
the SIM card.
Change PIN2
(Menu 9.7.8)
If supported by your SIM card, the Change PIN2
feature changes your current PIN2.
Mobile tracker
(Menu 9.7.9)
When someone tries to use your phone with another
SIM card, the phone will automatically send the preset
tracking message to your family or friends. You can
check the phone number from which the messages are
sent and then track your phone. This feature is useful
when the phone is stolen or lost.
