MAINTENANCE
After each use, the Citrus Bar should be cleaned properly. Keep the Citrus Bar in a
dry and well ventilated area. If not used for more than 3 days, make sure to wash the
parts before next use.
DISASSEMBLE
Switch the appliance off and make sure to disconnect from the power outlet

before changing any accessories.
Slide out the Juice Container.

Open the Lid fully with both hands placed on each side. Slide the Locking Rods

out of the slots on the back of the Juicing Chamber.
Hold the Motor Base with one hand and with the other, gently push the Front

Disassembly Lever upwards until it pops open. Slide the Juicing Chamber off of
the Motor Base. To prevent juice from dripping, remove the Reamers and Juicing
Chamber together.
The Reamers may also be removed separately from the Juicing Chamber by

simply lifting them off of the Drive Shafts.
Slide the Drip Tray out of the Motor Base.

CLEAN
IMPORTANT: Do not immerse the Motor Base in water or any liquid. Instead, use
a damp cloth to wipe the Motor Base.
Make sure to always turn off and unplug the appliance if left unattended and
before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
Use warm, soapy water to wash all non-electrical parts.
The Juicing Chamber may discolor over time due to contact with citrus.
Never use any abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning as they may cause damage
to the Citrus Bar.
