ROOF MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONER
The controls for the unit are mounted in the
ceiling of your MotorHome . This unit can pro-
vide either cooling or air circulation .
The unit is operated by setting the thermostat
knob to the desired temperature setting. The
blower fan switch is then set at the desired
setting :
Hi Fan . . . . . . . . High Fan Speed Only
Med Fan . . . . . . . Med Fan Speed Only
Low Fan . . . . . . . Low Fan Speed Only
Hi Cool . . High Fan Speed with Cooling
Med Cool . . Med Fan Speed with Cooling
Low Cool . . Low Fan Speed with Cooling
Air distribution either from the front or rear
of the unit, is controlled by the air distribution
knob. Then place the adjusted louvers to the
desired position .
The unit is shut down by placing the blower
switch in the "OFF" position. This unit is
equipped with a delayed start feature. When the
unit is turned on, the fan will start, and in
approximately two minutes the compressor will
start . After shut down, unit will not start for
approximately two minutes .
IMPORTANT : Before operating the furnace see
carbon monoxide caution at the beginning of this
section .
The furnace is. located in the compartment
under the kitchen sink and has 30,000 BTU
capacity .
The furnace's electrical system is operated on
12-volt DC only.
SEQUENCE OF OPERATION
Whenever operating the furnace the window
above it should be fully closed, to help avoid
drawing carbon monoxide exhausted from its
vent back through the window.
When the thermostat is adjusted to the de-
sired setting, furnace blower motor is energized
immediately . When the blower reaches minimum
operating speed (approximately 2-3 seconds)
the main burner of the furnace will ignite. The
furnace will continue to run until the thermostat

Roof Mounted Air Conditioner Controls
The air filter must be checked and cleaned
frequently as required by use. Wash filter in
warm soapy water, rinse, shake off excess water
and allow to dry. (Do not use compressed air to
dry filter.)
