TROUBLESHOOTING
No sound is coming out
Power light does not go on
-
Make sure you have a working 9-volt battery
installed.
Check to see if unit power is turned on (green light

should be illuminated).
Make sure output is connected to sound system.

Make sure collar is connected to belt-pack.

You may have the collar on backwards. The collar
only has one side that will pick up sound, the side
with the plastic washer on it.

Make sure that your output cable is plugged into the
belt-pack. For power-savings, the unit powers down
when there is no output cable connected.
