Front Wheel Swivel Brake
7. Lift up on the swivel lock lever
on the front wheels to lock.
8. Push down the swivel lock
lever to unlock the swivel on
the front wheels.
Recline
9. Squeeze the release button on
the recline adjuster and slide it
down and away from the seat.
10. To raise, pull the two straps
away from each other.
Canopy Rotation
11. Pull the front of the canopy
forward to adjust.
