For unknown reasons my phone station is muted after a call and there is no way to put it back on. Can't make calls out and can't receive any call now.
The Nortel Commander M7310N phone could remain muted after a call if the Mute feature is left activated. If the microphone is turned off using the Mute button during a call and not turned back on, it may prevent audio from being heard during outgoing or incoming calls. To resolve this, press the Mute button again to turn the microphone back on.
