ファンクションキーの使用
ファンクションキーを標準的なファンクショ
ンキーとして使う場合は、「fn」キーを押し
ながらファンクションキーを押します。たと
えば、「fn + F1」キーを押すと、ディスプレイ
の輝度が下がるのではなく、「F1」キーに割
り当てられた機能が実行されます。
「fn」キーを押す手間を省いて、一番上の列
のキーを標準的なファンクションキーとして
機能させたい場合 (アイコンに示されている特
殊機能を実行するのではない場合) は、下記の
手順を行ってください。

メニューの「キーボード」を選択します。

「キーボード」をクリックします。

「F1、F2 などのすべてのキーを標準のファン

クションキーとして使用」を有効にします。

simply hold down fn and then press F1.
If this is not convenient, you can reverse it. Go to...
Apple menu > System Preferences > Keyboard
and check the box, as shown below.
