My Files

Access files stored on your
device, including images, videos,
songs, and sound clips.
To access the My Files app:
► From a Home screen, tap
My Files.
File Groups
Files stored in the device are sorted into groups:
All: View all files.
Images: View image files.
Videos: View video files.
Music: View music and audio files.
Documents: View document files.
Downloaded apps: View downloaded apps.
FTP: View FTP files.
Recent files: View recently saved files.
Shortcuts
Shortcut folders
screen. When you add shortcuts to files or folders,
Shortcut displays.

1. From a Home screen, tap
My Files.
2. Tap a group.
3. Tap a file or folder to open it.
My Files Options
On the main My Files screen, the following options
are available:
Search: Search for a file or folder.
Storage usage: At the bottom of the screen, Total,
Device, and SD card available storage is displayed
in graphs. The graphs are color coded to show
how much storage is used and how it is used (by
images, videos, music, documents, and other).
Swipe across the screen to view all information.
Menu for these options:
Tap
Scan for nearby devices: Search for devices
that have media sharing activated.
Settings: Change the settings for viewing files.
