When does my warranty start?
Your warranty starts from the day you collect or take delivery, whether the
machine has been used or not.
What warranty do I get with my new machine?
You get a an initial 7 days full warranty, in which time all bona fide warranty
issues will be free of charge. After this period we will still assist with problems
but all parts and service work will be chargeable.
Why is the warranty period so short?
Pit Bikes are designed for light off‐road use, preferably in the dry combined
with a level of ongoing maintenance. Unfortunately most machines are used in
any weather conditions and on any surface without any maintenance. This
creates a warranty problem for suppliers and manufacturers alike.
The machines are very serviceable and the parts are relatively low cost, and
are similar in many ways to pedal bikes which make them relatively easy to
work on, many customers prefer to repair the machines themselves as it is
appreciated that most problems arise due to use beyond the machines
limitations.
