  • Page 6 Step 8: Unclip front brakes by slipping cable from catchment (see arrow). Connect the front mud guard to the rear of front fork and tighten screw. Step 9: Screw metal support onto front forks. When screwing in bolt make sure that you do not damage thread on screw.

  • Page 8 Step 12: Install pedal on crank arm. To tighten rotate spanner in the direction of how you would pedal. Note: if pedal is not biting on thread you may be installing the wrong pedal on arm. Step 13: Loosen both boths on either side, bolts are located below saddle.

Answer: Place bike upside down and loosen the metal bar [A] where it attaches to the mud guard. The guard may have shifted when taken out from box. Make sure it is aligned and retighten.
