STEP 2: Now that we have the right tools, let begin by removing the bike out of the box Step 3: Remove protective plastics and cable tie from bike. Be careful not to cut the brake cable during this process.

Step 4: Empty contents from small box Step 5: Install handle bar on bike stem. Use allen key provided in small box and tighten firmly.

Step 6: Place seat on frame and tighten, If you are a novice rider place seat at a lower height. Otherwise, you should just be able to tip toe with your feet when sitting on the seat. Step 7: Place bike upside down. Place small box underneath rear mud guard to help support this process...

Step 8: Unclip front brakes by slipping cable from catchment (see arrow). Connect the front mud guard to the rear of front fork and tighten screw. Step 9: Screw metal support onto front forks. When screwing in bolt make sure that you do not damage thread on screw.

Step 10: Loosen bolts on front wheel Step 11: Place front wheel onto fork. There is a small hole in fork feed metal hook through here (see arrow).

Step 12: Install pedal on crank arm. To tighten rotate spanner in the direction of how you would pedal. Note: if pedal is not biting on thread you may be installing the wrong pedal on arm. Step 13: Loosen both boths on either side, bolts are located below saddle.

Step 14: Connect a metal rod to each side and screw bolt back on. Note the curve of rode is concave up. Step 15: Loosen bolt on bottom of frame. One on each side.

Step 16: Install rear rack and tighten bolts from Step 15. Step 17: Screw the round nut onto the inside of bracket. Then connect bracket to rear rack. Bracket...

Step 18: Once attached, feed metal bars through bolt and tighten nut. Bolt/Nut Bracket Metal Bar Step 19: Congratulations. The assembly is complete. Well done!!!

Q&A COMMON ISSUES WITH BIKE INSTALLATION: Question: The front tyre is rubbing the mud guard what should I do? Answer: Place bike upside down and loosen the metal bar [A] where it attaches to the mud guard. The guard may have shifted when taken out from box. Make sure it is aligned and retighten.
