The battery is charged until it is ready to receive normal charging (12.0V) and then the normal charging is started.

All 3 lights in charging mode flash then normal light flashes but nothing in the battery tester section
When all 3 lights on the Keepower Small charger flash in charging mode but the battery tester section shows nothing, it likely indicates the charger is in the "testing" phase.
