• Dial the number you wish to call and press the HEADSET button.

• Press the HEADSET button, dial the number you wish to call, and press DIAL.
Answering a Call
To answer a phone call using the handset:
-
• Lift the phone HANDSET.

To answer a phone call using the speakerphone:
• Press the SPEAKERPHONE button.
Or
• Press the ANSWER soft key.

To answer a phone call using an external headset:
• Press the HEADSET button.
Putting a Call on Hold
To place a call on hold:
-
• Press the HOLD button. To resume the call, press the HOLD key again or press the RESUME
soft key.
Conference Call
-
To create a conference call:
• Whilst in an active call, press the CONF soft key. This puts the active call on hold.
• Dial the number of the second party and press DIAL.
• Once the second party answers, press the CONF soft key again to create the conference
call.
Transfer a Call
To transfer a call:
-
• Whilst in an active call, press the TRANS soft key, dial the number you wish to transfer the
call to and press DIAL. Once the second party has answered the call, press the TRANS soft
key again.
