Symptom
Are there dirt, food, or other hard-to-remove
stains on the laundry?
Did you add excessive amount of detergent?
If excessive foaming occurs, the beat washing
effect may be reduced, and a defoaming
operation may occur (water is drained and
new water is supplied) during the washing
Insufficient cleaning

Did you add insufficient amount of detergent?
Using too little detergent results in insufficient
cleaning.
Did you pour the detergent into the detergent
case?
If you pour the detergent directly into the
drum, the high-concentration detergent
solution cannot be created.
Did you add the detergent into the correct
inlet?
Did you add excessive amount of softener?
If you add excessive amount of softener,
excess softener may gradually accumulate in
the laundry and cause darkening.
Did you add excessive amount of detergent?
If you add excessive amount of detergent,
excessive foaming occurs and an operation
to reduce foaming is performed, resulting in
insufficient cleaning, accumulation of softener
in clothes, and darkening.
Did you add the detergent and softener into the
correct inlets?

Did you add insufficient amount of detergent?
Using too little detergent results in insufficient
cleaning, accumulation of softener in clothes,
and darkening.
Using liquid detergent and softener at the
same time causes gradual accumulation
of softener in laundry and may result in
noticeable darkening.
Are there black spots scattered on a part of
laundry?
Mold may be grown on that part of laundry.

Solution
When washing laundry with hard-to-remove
stains such as dirt stains, pretreat the stains and
set a long washing time (P. 59), or use the
[HEAVY] program.
