VERIFICATION
Check level of thermostat
With volt meter, check resistance of
thermostat contacts.
Check all wiring connections for
tightness.
Check transformer as described on
page 25 in this manual.
Check electrical service against
minimum requirements.
Check drain plan and condensate trap. Clean condensate trap.
VERIFICATION
Check wiring.
Check all wiring connections for
tightness.
Check motor as described on page 25
in this manual.
VERIFICATION
With volt meter, check resistance of
thermostat contacts.
Check all wiring connections for
tightness.
With volt meter, check for 24v
at terminal "AFS".
Check wiring.
Check according to manufacturer's
instructions.

SOLUTION
If necessary, level thermostat.
If resistance, thermostat is O.K.
If no resistance, replace thermostat.
Tighten all loose connections.
If defective, replace transformer.
Replace electrical service with
adequately sized service.
SOLUTION
If necessary, repair or replace wiring.
Tighten all loose connections.
If defective, replace motor.
SOLUTION
If resistance, thermostat is O.K.
If no resistance, replace thermostat.
Tighten all loose connections.
If no voltage, check coil for ice. If
ice is present, check air filter, return
air duct & blower motor for air flow.
If no ice on coil, check anti-frost
switch for continuity. If no
continuity, replace switch.
If 24v, switches are O.K.
If necessary, repair or replace wiring.
Repair or replace as directed by
manufacturer.
