Warranty - LIDA CF11550 Owner's Manual

The Warrantor: LIDA company for domestic ap-
pliances manufacturing. Khan Touman Route,
Ramouseh, Aleppo-Syria
This warranty is applied on:
• T he products sold for the first owner that is
the warranty is not subject to transport and
circulation.
• T he products having the model number and
the serial number clearly readable.
• D amages resulting from the manufacturing
procedure.
This warranty is not applied to:
• T he products which are not used in a domes-
tic use.
• T he products used in a way incompatible
with the instructions stated in the operating
manual and the warranty.
• D amages caused by: natural disasters like
floods, earthquakes, and fires, misusing,
playing with or adjusting the features of the
products, electric variations, electric voltage
organizer with its performance (in the case of
using), and incorrect transport.
Customer's responsibility:
• S howing a document that includes the origi-
nal purchase date (sale invoice, payment reg-
ister...).
• M aking sure that the applied power supply
voltage is within the range determined in the
technical features. In case that is not avail-
able, it is strongly recommended to get an
electric voltage organizer.
• G etting all the requirements for operating
the product correctly.
• A pplying all the instructions, general notes,
recommendations and the cautions thor-
oughly.
Important Notes:
• T he customer has to pay all the technician's
travel expenses with the product transporta-
tion expenses in a case that his house is more
than 50 km. away from any authorized main-
tenance center.

• R eplacing the spare parts with new ones
DOES NOT mean starting new warranty.
• T he warrantor is not responsible for any im-
plied or public commitment emanated from
any authority whatever it is for all the things
that are not compatible with the terms stat-
ed in the warranty, considering that all these
terms are the exclusive commitment emanat-
ing from this company.
The manufacturer warranties the following:
• T hat the electric and mechanical parts of the
product are completely free of any defect or
damage in the materials or in the manufac-
turing, and this is in case of using the product
in the normal domestic use.
• T hree years warranty from the date of pur-
chasing the product with replacing the dam-
ages parts if there is any defect or damage in
the components.
• T he manufacturer has to replace the motor
damaged due to the mismanufacturing as
free of payment; while if the damaged caused
by the alteration in the electric current (more
or less than 220 Volt.) or for any other rea-
sons, in that case the cost of the motor will
be on the customer's responsibility.
