164 Vehicle care
Headlights have separate systems for
high beam 2 (inner bulbs) and low
beam 1 (outer bulbs).
Low beam/Daytime running light
1. Rotate cap 1 anti-clockwise and
remove.
2. Rotate bulb holder anti-clockwise
to disengage. Withdraw the bulb
holder from the reflector.
3. Detach bulb from bulb holder and
renew the bulb.
4. Insert the bulb holder, engaging
the two lugs into the reflector and
rotate clockwise to secure.
5. Rotate bulb carrier clockwise as
far as it will go.
6. Fit cap and rotate clockwise.
High beam
1. Rotate cap 2 anti-clockwise and
remove.
2. Detach wiring connector from
bulb.
