    INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing the NON-STICK GRIDDLE with WARMING DRAWER™ from Nostalgia Electrics™ . This unit is made of die cast aluminum for even heat dispersment and has a non-stick cooking surface. The handles are heat resistant. It has a small drip tray to catch fat and grease and a larger drawer to keep foods warm.

    PARTS & ASSEMBLY Drip Tray Non-Stick Cooking Surface Warming Detachable Drawer Cord with Thermostat HOW TO OPERATE Before first use, wipe down all surfaces with a non-abrasive, damp cloth and dry. Find a clean, dry, non-slippery, level surface near an electrical outlet. Allow about eight inches of clear space all around the exterior of the unit.

    Put foods that you want to keep warm (i.e. toast, cooked pancakes) in the Warming Drawer and slide under Griddle until ready to serve. Some meats can create a lot of drippings. When cooking meat, be sure to check the Drip Tray periodically to prevent overflow. Before unplugging the appliance, make sure the Thermostat is turned OFF to prevent any sparking from the outlet.

    RECIPES Use your imagination and choose favorite ingredients to create a variety of meals using the NON-STICK GRIDDLE with WARMING DRAWER™ . Make a batch of pancakes and keep them warm in the Warming Drawer prior to serving. Keep toast or rolls warm in the Warming Drawer while cooking a main course on the Non-Stick Griddle.
