    SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS! INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing the FOLDING GRIDDLE from Nostalgia Electrics™ . The griddle is made of die cast aluminum for even heat dispersment and has a non-stick surface. It has a grease trough in the middle so that grease and cuts of fat slide off the griddle into the drip tray.
