4. Confi guring Printer Sharing

Install the printer software and
driver first.

Select the printer from the list and
click "Connect". It will install the
printer driver for the first time.

Select the printer and click "Properties".

If you want to share a printer among
computers on the network, select "This
is a shared printer, automatically connect
and disconnect only when printing".

Select the printer from the printer list.

Click "Apply" to apply the changes made.

This setting has to be set on all the
computers on the network to enable
the sharing feature correctly.
