ASSEMBLING THE MOBILE B A S E The mobile base is constructed of heavy gage steel with welded joints and features a bolt-on foot lever assembly, single swivel caster, and rigid wheels. Two adjustable f o o t pads opposite the rigid wheels assure stable four- corner contact when the base is lowered.
