Griddle Cooking Chart

Use only the removable skillet to cook any foods that produce grease.
The depth of the skillet will help reduce spatters and contain the grease until drained.
*Cooking times are based on fresh, never frozen, ingredients.

• Only use wooden or plastic cooking utensils to prolong the life of the nonstick coating.
• The removable skillet and cover should never be used in the oven or microwave oven, or on the range top.
• The cover should only be used on the removable skillet. Do not use the cover on the griddle/base.
• Do not place any pot, pan, or dish on the nonstick griddle surface. Use only the removable skillet on the nonstick griddle surface.
