How to Use Skillet

Always use skillet on a dry, level,
heat-resistant surface.

Heat may be increased or
decreased, depending upon
personal preference and the
type or amount of food being
prepared.

Set temperature control to OFF .

When finished cooking, remove
food, turn temperature control to
OFF , and unplug unit.
IMPORTANT: Never use the cover on the griddle/base. The cover is
to be used only with the removable skillet.

Plug into outlet. Refer to the
Skillet Cooking Chart for selecting
the correct heat setting.

Preheat skillet, uncovered, for
4 to 8 minutes until desired
temperature is reached. When
the indicator light goes out,
the cooking temperature has
been reached.
