OIL CHANGE OF THE REDUCER CASE
Oil change interva ls:

T he rs t oil change has to be done between the
rs t 20
25 hour of work, approximately 1 week
of c ontinuous work. T his is t he time needed for the
reducer group running in.

T he succe s sives oil change has to be done
every 100 hours of work, approxima tely 1 month of
continuous work.

Recomended oil: Husqvarna SYNTHETIC HT,
Quantity:

T his opera tion has to be done always in the
t echnical s ervices authoris ed by Husqvarna.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
·
At the end of the collection season it is
recommended to have a preventive maintenance
check done by the Authorised Technical Service.
HOOK RUBBERS CHANGE
Take off the 4 hook screws with a wrench. Thes
are placed in the marks.
Remove the damaged rubbers and take off the metal
nuts located inside of the rubber.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCCTIONS

Introduce the nuts in the new rubbers and place them
in the hook.
Tigthen the 4 screws again as in the 1st. step.
