 Scanning color documents

Switch the machine to scan mode.

Press [Color].
The button switches between "Mono" and "Color" each time you press [Color].
 Selecting the fi le format
Scanned images will be converted into PDF format as the factory default. You can
also convert images into TIFF format when scanning monochrome documents, or
JPEG format when scanning color documents.

Press <Advanced>.

Select "File Format", and press [Enter].

Select "Mono" or "Color", and press [Enter].
You can only select from the fi le formats available after selecting whether to
scan in either monochrome or color.

Select the fi le format and press [Enter].
