1 kg loin of veal
Salt
Pepper
Oil

Loin of veal

Remove fat and sinew from
the loin of veal. Mix together
the salt, pepper and oil and
brush the meat with it. Place the
meat on the rack* and roast (see
below for settings).
* When using the "Roast with
moisture" Automatic pro-
gramme the oven is then pre-
heated. This phase is integrated
into the programme. Please
note that the meat is put in the
oven on the pre-heated rack
after a period of 10 minutes.
