Problem
Fabric softener not
rinsed in, w compart-
ment for additives is
filled with water.
Door cannot be opened
when appliance is
switched on.
Washing is heavily
creased.
Possible cause
Conditioner insert in the
compartment for additives
is not correctly attached or
is blocked.
Door locked.
Power cut. (All display indi-
cators are off.)
Door remains locked for 4 to
10 minutes.
Possibly too much washing
was loaded.
Remedy
Clean detergent dispenser
drawer, insert conditioner in-
sert firmly.
Wait until DOOR indicator is
lit green.
Programme continues, when
power cut is over.
To remove washing:
If water can be seen in the
appliance, before opening
the door, first drain off the
water. (See section "Carrying
out an emergency drain".)
Observe maximum loads.
