Setting the straight stitch

The straight stitch may only be
set if no zig-zag stitch has been
selected. Danger of damage to
the machine!
Set the position of the needle bar frame
by tightening adjusting screw 1.
Depending on the type of assembly, by
pressing knee lever 1 either the presser
foot is raised or the zig-zag stitch width
altered.
