HALF-CENT ROUNDOFF
Instructions
Much of the work done on a calculator involves
dollars and cents. Results which represent dol-
lars and cents are usually rounded off to the
nearest whole cent: i.e.,
1.726
is rounded to
$1.73; 1.723
is rounded to
$1.72.
With the Monroe
770
the operator has the abil-
ity to automatically round off these results and
eliminate any digits to the right of the cents
column.
