1.4 Signs on the Scanner

This section describes the signs on the scanner.

■ Front

Turns the power of the scanner on/off.
Note that this button is used to power off
the scanner only in an emergency.
For the usual way of powering off, refer to
the Operator's Guide.
Starts scanning.

■ Rear

Used to connect a USB device.
Used to connect a LAN connector.
Used to connect a DC power supply.
Used to connect an anti-theft security
cable.
