DEFROSTING CHART

FISH AND SEAFOOD
ITEM
Fish Fillets Place fillets on a microwave rack; cover paper towel.
Frozen in block At beeps, turn over block of fish. Separate fillets, if
possible. Press START to continue defrosting.
Let stand 10 minutes then finish with cold running

towel. At beep, separate and rearrange.
Press START to continue defrosting. Let stand 20 minutes.
BEEF AND LAMB
ITEM
Beef Rolled Rump Place roast (up to 3 pounds) on a glass cooking tray
Roast, boneless -- with paper towel. At beeps, turn over and shield before

Beef Round Sirloin stand 30 minutes.

Ground Beef Place beef on a glass cooking tray with paper towel. At
1/2 to 1 pound beeps, remove any defrosted meat. Press START to
