Message Retrieval

To see your messages when
your Message light is on
(while on-hook,
off-hook, or on a call)
To return a call to message
sender
To erase a message
To see a coworker's
messages (can be during call
with coworker)
Note: You must first
be designated as systemwide
message retriever by your
system manager.
To return a call for a coworker
to displayed extension (while
on call with coworker)
To erase a message

Normal (Exit)

Press to see first message
(and then for each following message)

Lift handset

Call Disp
Press while any part of message is shown
Note: You can also leave your handset on-hook. The
speakerphone will turn on automatically when you press
Call Disp

Press Delete while any part of message is shown
