WARRANTY
This product ·has a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the original
purchaser
for a period of
one
year from
the
date of
purchase.
This manufacturer warranty is
non-transferable.
The warranty is for repair or replacement at
the
sole
discretion
of BOSS Audio
Systems.
If purchased through an Authorized Dealer.
the dealer
may
either replace on site with a new unit
or choose
to
have
the
consumer send it to BOSS Audio Systems for repair or replacement.
If BOSS
Audio Systems chooses to replace
the
product-under-warranty,
BOSS
Audio Systems may replace it with a new or reconditioned
unit
of the same or similar
design.
Customer is responsible for
freight
charges incurred to send unit back to
BOSS Audio
Systems.
A Return Authorization number
{RA#)
is needed
before a unit
can
be returned
to BOSS Aud io
Systems.

Technical
Support Team to get
RA#.
Send
unit
along with a
Cashier's
Check or Money Order payable to BOSS Audio Systems
in the amount of $20.00 (for
Continental
U.S.
residence)
or $35.00 (for
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
residence) to cover return shipping and handling charges. Write the
RA#
on
the
address label after the Customer's
Name and
on
the
Check.
For
all other countries, contact our Technical Support
Team.
The Customer must send a copy of the
original Invoice
or
Proof
of
Purchase.
The
Name
of
the
Seller,
the Date
of
Purchase
and the
Model Number of the
Product-under-warranty being returned
should be
readable
in the said
Proof
of Purchase.
Enclose
a letter or
note stating
the
problem or issues with the unit. customer's
daytime phone
number,
email and
return shipping address
(no
P.O.
Box
please).
This
warranty
does not
cover any
unit
subjected to abuse,
neglect,
incorrect
wiring,
water
or physical
damage and
any attempted
repair or modification
performed by
anyone other than a
BOSS
Audio Systems
Repair
Technician.
Any
damages,
resulting
from legal
action for breach
of expressed or
implied
warranty shall be limited to the cost of
the
original purchase price of
the
unit.
All liability
for
coincidental
damages is
excluded.
The Purchaser/Customer agrees to
retain the
original proof-of-purchase
for
establishing
the
effective date
of this warranty.
Should BOSS Audio
Systems or an Authorized
Dealer
replace your
product-under-warranty,
the
replacement
unit
shall
be considered a
transaction under
the
original
warranty,
and does not
extend the original
warranty
period.
