WARNING
SETUP
Connect hose to sprayer and gun.
Tighten hose connections with wrench.
Turn prime valve Place siphon tube in pail
to Prime position (down). partially filled with water.
Aim gun at inside
Make sure safety lever of wall of water pail
gun is OFF. and squeeze trigger.
Increase pressure until Keeping gun triggered into water
sprayer starts and paint pail, turn prime valve to Spray
comes out of drain tube. position (horizontal).
CHOOSE THE RIGHT TIP & FILTER

Quick Operator's Guide
Fill throat packing nut
Unscrew tip with TSL to prevent
& guard from gun. premature packing wear.
Turn pressure control knob
to lowest pressure, and
set power switch to ON.
Increase pressure until
sprayer starts. Keep gun
triggered into water pail
for 1 minute. Release trigger.
When paint comes out of gun,
release trigger and turn safety
lever of gun to ON.

This procedure is for water-base paints and flushing fluids. For solvent-base paints and flushing
fluids (i.e. mineral spirits), you must read Fire and Explosion Hazard in the Operating Instructions.

Make sure

Cold engine starts.
Turn prime valve
Decrease pressure to Spray position
until sprayer stops. (horizontal).
Place siphon tube in paint Aim gun at inside wall of
pail, but leave drain tube in water pail, and squeeze
water pail. trigger.
Screw tip & guard onto gun, making sure
arrow-shaped handle of tip is pointing forward. You
can reverse this tip to quickly clear clogs
without taking it apart.
