PRIMARY POWER BOARD RESISTANCE TEST AND
Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel.

DESCRIPTION
This test will determine if the primary power board has any "shorted" or "leaky" power diodes
or Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs). Also it will help to indicate any "shorted" input
filter capacitors.

Analog voltmeter/ohmmeter (multimeter)
