CAUTION
Devices have electrical cables and plugs designed for
safety. Plug all devices only into grounded electrical
outlets to avoid possible electrical shock. Refer to Safety
Notice Translations on page iii.
4. Connect all the power cables to grounded electrical outlets.
5. Go to "Checking Out the System," below.
Checking Out the System
1.
Get Diagnostic Diskette 1 (DIAG-1) from the pocket in the back
cover of IBM RT PC Problem Determination Guide.
2. Unlock the system unit by turning the key counterclockwise.
3. If the notch on the diskette is covered by a tab, remove the tab.
4. Open the diskette drive (the top drive in IBM 6150).
5. Turn the power switches on for all devices, including the
system unit and immediately insert the diskette (label side up).
Close the drive.
