TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
OUTPUT PROBLEMS
(SYMPTOMS)
The Multi-Source machine will not
shut off when the ON/OFF switch
is in the OFF position.
If for any reason you do not understand the test procedures or are unable to perform the test/repairs safely, con-
tact the Lincoln Electric Service Department for electrical troubleshooting assistance before you proceed. Call 1-
800-833-9353.

FUNCTIONS PROBLEMS
1. Remove all external loading to
the Multi-Source and then
carefully remove the input
power.

RECOMMENDED
COURSE OF ACTION
1. The ON/OFF power switch
may be faulty. See the Wiring
Diagram.
2. The input contactor may be
stuck closed. Perform the
Input Contactor Test.
