Voice Memos: Recording and Playback
Playing Voice Memos
Pictures for which voice memos have been recorded are indicated with ~ in
fullframe playback mode.

Select the desired
picture from full-frame
playback mode
(~
26)
and press
MENU.
The playback menu is
displayed.

Use the multi selector to choose Voice memo
and press
®.
The screen for playing a voice memo will be displayed.

Press
®
to listen to the voice memo.
Playback ends when the voice memo ends or
®
is
pressed again.
Press the zoom buttons
(T/W)
to adjust the volume.
Press
MENU
before or after playing a voice memo to return
to full-frame playback mode.

Deleting Voice Memos
Select a picture with a voice memo and press
un.
Use
the multi selector to choose [~] and press ®.
Only the
voice memo will be deleted.

Voice Memos
• When a picture with a voice memo attached is deleted, both the picture and its voice memo are
deleted .
• If a voice memo already exists for the current picture, it must be deleted before a new voice memo
can be recorded.
• The COOLPIX 5560 cannot be used to attach voice memos to pictures shot with cameras other
than the COOLPIX 5560.
