Focus and Shoot
3.1
Press the shutter-release button halfway,
stopping when you feel resistance.
• When the camera has
recognized the people's face in
Step 2 and the focus has been
acquired, the yellow double
border turns green.
• If the camera hasn't recognized
the people's face, the camera
automatically selects the focus
area (one of nine) containing the
subject closest
to
the camera.
[ ] (focus area) in which focus
has been acquired glows green.

3.2
Smoothly press the shutter-release button the rest of the way
down to take the picture.
Do not use force when pressing the shutter-release button, as this may
cause camera shake, resulting in blurred pictures.
