11 MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION
11.1
MAINTENANCE CAHRT - MOWER
X = Operator
Visually check for oil leakage from engine and
hydraulic systems
Grease all sliding bars (at least once a season)
Lubricate other lubrication points w ith dry l ubricant i n
a spray
Check the level of hydraulic oil in tank
Check the tyre pressure
Visually check the tension of travel V-belts
Visually check the tension of the steering chain
Check the remote control battery state of charge
Check the mower battery state of charge
Check el ectronic an d saf ety d evices ( emergency st op,
steering, signal etc.)
Check screw and nuts tightening (visually check daily)
Check blade sharpness and deformation
Check the blade bolts tightening
Change the hydraulic oil
Change the hydraulics filter
(Ecological oil - first exchange after 200 OH)
Rinse the fuel tank, change the breather filter
Change the fuel filter (change more often on extremely
dusty or dirty conditions)
Clean cooling systems (engine, hydraulic pump)
Visually check hydraulic hoses, fuel hoses, cables –
replace if necessary
Check and adjust wheel geometry
Adjust t he ne utral pos ition of t he m achine dr ive
(hydraulic pump)
Check, ad just an d t ighten ch ains i n t he wheel
suspensions
Adjust the blade deceleration
Check d rive b elts an d m owing m echanism b elts –
replace if necessary
Check an d cl ean t he mowing mechanism g ear ( belts,
pulleys, belts pulleys)
Check safety decals on the machine
Check the mowing device bearings
Check the blade hub
Machine Maintenance Plan
Period according to the state of the operating hours (OH) counter
