HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION CHART This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the assembly process. Place the washers or the ends of the bolts or screws on the circles to check for the correct diameter. Use the small scale to check the length of the bolts and screws. -

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. - Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3 Attach the FRONT STABILIZER(17) to the FRONT SUPPORT(3) with two CARRIAGE BOLTS(M8x1.25x60mm)(36) and two NYLOCK NUTS(M8x1.25)(43). Be sure the rounded head of the CARRIAGE BOLTS(M8x1.25x60mm)(36) is on the underside of the FRONT STABILIZER(17), if not, damage could occur to the floor or product.

Attach the LEFT PEDAL ARM ASSEMBLY(8, 15) to the JOINT PLATES(12) attached to the LEFT SWING ARMS(4, 5) with BUTTON HEAD BOLT(M8x1.25x70mm)(33), LOCK WASHER(M8) (49), and NYLOCK NUT(M8x1.25)(43).

OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS USING THE PERSONAL TRAINING COMPUTER POWER ON : Pedal movement or press any button. POWER OFF : Automatic shut off after four minutes of inactivity. FUNCTION BUTTONS: MODE : Press to select display functions, include SCAN, SCAN TIME COUNT CAL TOTAL COUNT TIME, COUNT, CALORIES, and TOTAL COUNT. -

2. Verify that all nuts and bolts are present and properly tightened. Replace missing nuts and bolts. Tighten loose nuts and bolts. 3. Verify that the WARNING LABEL(56) is in place and easy to read. Call Stamina Products immediately at 1-800-375-7520 for a replacement WARNING LABEL(56) if it is missing or damaged. -

STORAGE 1. To store the SlimStrider 360 , simply keep it in a clean dry place. 2. To avoid damage to the PERSONAL TRAINING COMPUTER(39), remove the battery before storing the SlimStrider 360 for one year or more. 3. Grasp the HANDLEBARS(9, 10) and the REAR STABILIZER(2) to move the SlimStrider 360 Do not use the PEDAL ARMS(8) and SWING ARMS(4, 5, 6, and 7) to move the SlimStrider 360 These moving parts will move and may pinch your hand or fingers. -

CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years or are severely overweight, start slowly and increase your workout time gradually.
